Default Turbo a motor with stroker kit?

Set up:
b18b1 with a bore of 81.5 with eagle rods stroker kit
Compression is around 11:1
oversized valves with retainers and springs
crower cams
intake exhaust/manifold/
holley fuel pump with aem fuel rail and 440CC RC injectors
pretty much all the little small goodies included

I was just wondering...im tryign to get more power out of the car...i was thinking about getting another ls block and building it from there, but then again i was thinking would it be safe and reliable to turbo a motor with a stroker kit?...i kind of dont want to have to go through the hassle of getting another block and completely rebuilding it again. i understand the compression ratio is already a little high, but it just a thought that went through my head. what do you guys think?

suggestions?

I got around 200hp right now...and im trying to look for something that will make me in the higher digits...if there is anything else you suggest i do with the already built motor throw them out there too...im willing to keep it NA if i can find a way to get more power out of it...thanks

go with a lower compression piston, and then boost it. your motor so far sounds bullet proof. but with that high of compression you won't get what you could with lower compression pistons. just my opinion.

NA and Turbo motors are much different beast, however the stroker kit will be fine (btw, what stroke is it? 95mm?). Why stroke it but leave the bore at 81.5?

yeah its a 95mm...so your saying id be safe running a turbo with low boost? the reason why i left it at 81.5 is cause i felt a little worried during high rpm's that it would crack if i bored too much...now i know its safe to pretty much go to 84...too late...im just hoping i can find someway to get more power out.

You could boost it, but you're going to have to set reasonable goals since the static compression is as high as it is. If you have access to E85 (or any high octane fuel), you could potentially make more power, but the compression will hinder the amount you make. I would build a simple turbo setup on it and shoot for 350whp as long as you have the fuel grade to accomodate your goals.

Revving a 95mm crank to higher rpms isnt really a great idea period, much less with high compression and boost. I would think about parting/selling this setup and building a new turbo specific setup from scratch. Even with forged internals and good tuning, Im just not sure its going to end well.

^^I agree to a point. The Eagle stroker crank does not have the best reputation around HT because of a few horrendous accidents, but i dont think he'll have a problem as long as his goals are reasonable. I can't stress enough how important a good tune and sufficient octane fuel is...
