Need some help

I have a 91 ef with the dual point fuel injection and my auxillary injector isnt getting signal.. it has a constant 12 volt when the ignition is on...and if i reground the injector it works fine any ideas??

run new wires to the ecu if u need to. maybe a wire is broken in the harness somwhere.
