Default Quality Machine shop to install sleeves

Gentlemen. I build VW engines the vast majority of which have cast iron blocks, so no sleeves. I am now confronted by an aluminum version which does have sleeves I'd like to replace.
I know there is a vast amount of experience in the Honda community with sleeving, and I am looking for a recommendation for a a place that is absolutely expert in the required machining and installation.

Any suggestions?

Rhode Island, but I am certainly willing to ship since it doesn't weigh much.

i sent my integra engine to JG Engine Dynamics in Cali to have it sleeved, bored, line honed and i also got their turbo rods, acl bearings, and type r oil pump from them and i then had them assemble and balance everything and for all that plus the shipping to here in pa, it all cost me around 2300... oh and i got their best sleeves.

Do you have the sleeves already? Give Camp1320 a call for some GE sleeves or Laskey racing for some Bensons.

Laskey Racing, Justice Racing, ERL, Golden Eagle, Z10, all are great companies.

This will most likely turn into a pissing match, call up a few shops and speak with them, choose who you feel most comfortable with.

Don't own the sleeves yet. I'll need a bit of an education on those as well. Obviously, I'd want the best material. I do have 2 questions which I will certainly ask the recommended companies, but perhaps you gentlemen can offer an opinion as well.
1. Top flange or no top flange? Stock doesn't have a flange but it seems to me you'd get a better head gasket seal with one.

2. Given very limited space between bores (88mm bore spacing, 82mm bores) What is the best balance between sleeve thickness and surrounding aluminum thickness.

Apllication is about 500hp 1.8L

Thank you for your time
