you have to use a 90-91 tach. any others wont be a direct fit.

I have an Auto-Meter tach it came with the car. =P. If you can't find an OEM Cluster with a Tach just buy an aftermarket used stand-alone tach from ebay. Get's the job done.

Well its plugs right in but nothing works properly....
-The speedo hits like 70 in
second....
-tach doesnt register...
-parking lights cause oil pressure light to come on...
-headlights cause check engine light...
-no other lights come on at all....
so i put the stock one back in

this shouldnt have happened if its the correct one, so it must be the wrong cluster.

the 88-89 cluster is different from the 90-91 cluster
just buy the exact same year crx cluster and it should be plug and play.
the only time the tach pods look good is if it is man trans(kinda gay if auto)
