New 1/4 mile times!!!

Default New 1/4 mile times!!!

it went 12.7 @111mph tonight @ about 8 psi,
at 5 psi it went 13.5
at 6 psi it went 13.3
at 7 psi it went 13.0
at 8 psi it went 12.7
so, i finally pulled a nice time w/ the turbo
stock motor w/ DRAG III kit

Good times but seing how much a ITR motor can take when are you going to back off when it goes boom and you have to rebuild? I dont think uping the boost till it takes a **** is a great idea

wow, i'm surprised the motor didn't go @ 8 psi! but hey, way to go man, just be careful and don't make that amount of boost a regular occurence

he didn't take it to 9 psi...


his motor can be very reliable and long lasting if he tunes it right which it sounds like it is, and if he respects the limits of his internals. The weakest link is his ringlands.
