OK this might be in the wrong section but I'm not sure of where else to put it plus you guys in here seem to know a lot about this.

So I'm writing a paper for my college course and I'm trying to use the California emissions laws for one of my sources but I keep ending up with crap when I search on google and what-not. I'm not looking for like the history but what I need to know is like the actual laws themself
