Default How to raise without coilovers?

I have a ef civic with neuspeed race springs and koni shocks. I like to ride quality and handling but the height is causing me to scrap and damage my headers. The springs are sitting on the highest positiion of the shocks. I would ideally like to get an inch raise. Is there anything I can do such as putting a thicker spring cup or a spacer of some sort to get some additional height? I really don't want to change my springs. Thanks.

It might be not safe, but PepBoys sells spring spacers that you could try.

Best way to go, sell the springs and get different ones. (or trade)

second best, install a firm rubber spacer between the upper mount and spring. It has to be thin enough to prevent the spring from slipping out of the cup though.

third best, spring spacers that go between the coils. But they will cause the car to be a little less predictable over large bumps due to one portion of the coil having a different rate than the rest. And there is the possibly of causing the coil to bind and possibly bend/break if you bottom out a lot.

Change your springs.

If you don't, you'll regret not doing it later on.

Don't the koni shocks have circlips with different mounting heights?

If not , then get some nuespeed sports or eibach pro kits.

I really like the Neuspeed sofsports or the H&R OE springs
