Default Problems with my accord...help!!!!!!!

Hi all, ok i got this 92 accord wagon automatic about a week ago from a local dealer,i took the car home and when i left the house in the car i didnt **** second gear, went back to the dealer they told me that those car they mess up the transmission control unit(TCU) so the (called)mechanic in the dealer disconect the battery and reset the computer as he said, i try the car and it worked fine when i was gonna get back to the dealer i stoped the car put in on parking and turn it off, turn it back on and the car started doing the same thing again. the mechanic replace the TCU and he said it was a old TCU he had on the back, anyways i left and the car was fine for about 2 days and the car started again with the shifting problem. i friend told me that the transmission sensor are common problems on those cars, so i replace them yesterday and no luck. Please can someone help me on these?????? should i change the TCU or you think is something else?
Thank you

take it back to the dealer and have them figure it out. all used cars, at least in new york, have at least a 30 day warranty that covers major functioning systems of the car, such as engine and transmission. check with your states dmv website and find out how the law works and use it to your advantage
