we put the motor back together, forged pistons, eagel rods ect. and we went to start it up and it just cranks, getting spark, getting fuel, all grounds are on, fuses good. when we first put the plugs back in the motor just about starts on the first crank but dosent quiet make it. then it just cranks until we take the plugs out and dry them off again.

it throws a code for o2 heater and it was throwing one for ELD to
we are stumped. any help would be great.
