i have a jdm itr motor and i did an oil change yesterday and discovered some cuttings in the oil . wat could cause this problem. a friend said it might be pistons or the crankshaft but the engine isnt even making any noises

 

Was it just re-built?

If not I would do a teardown. It sounds like what you thought, the bearings.
