Hey guys, well i was having a little issue w/ my steering wheel placed on crookedly.
Well, i fixed that problem and i'm finally driving like a normal person now, lol.
Anyways, i ran into a couple more problems, i'm just wondering you guys have heard of or can help me out..
I reassembled my steering wheel like 5 times. it's stock btw.
i connected the 2 horn components and the yellow airbag plug the same way i took it off. and the same i did before i switched up steering wheels.

When i re connected all my necessary plugs, the SRS light turned on. so i re did the assembly with my negative disconnected, and it still is there.
ALSO, my turn signals don't work properly. They don't turn off after i turn the steering wheel.

SOOOO, i was just wondering if you have any trouble shooting ideas i can probably try. cause i'm all out of ideas, and i don't want to take it to a shop and have then look at it for like $75. Thanks a lot guys!!

 

Any time you remove an SRS-related item, while the battery is plugged in, the SRS system will be triggered. You just need to reset the SRS module. There's info. about that in the FAQ's.

 

just as Matt said if you unplug any SRS item while the battery is plugged in you triggered the SRS light ...

use this to help reset...

instead of using thee tool just use two speaker wires
