Default Fried transistor (P30) code 41 CEL related?

well heres a little history about my 99 ex automatic:

it got a b16a3 transplant and got converted to a 5 speed, and running off a p30 through a jumper harness.

well i have had a code 41 since the swap (only CEL since the swap) i just replaced the o2 sensor on the cat, and as far as i know, i don't think obd1 checks for another o2 sensor (which is the one on the header).

so i found out i fried out a little transistor on my P30, maybe it's related to my CEL? (Sorry about the **** camera phone pics)

i put the fried transistor in the center in every pic, just in case you cant see it.

so does anyone know what kind of transistor that is? and will it fix my CEL?

thanks,

jason

the O2 sensor that obd1 looks for is the one on the header not the cat. Take the new one you just put in the cat and put it on the header. Then put the old one into the cat to fill the hole (you can plug it together but the p30 won't read it anyway)
