I went ahead and put in CAI because I live in CA, and doesn't receive that much rain or floods. A little quieter than SRI.
SRI is a lil louder than CAI, but the good side is, easy maintenance and no worrying about sucking up water, but you are sucking in hot air from engine bay.
Choice is yours.
