How so you reset the ecu in a 6th gen accord (4cyl, if it matters)? Thanks. Also, would this eliminate any history of revs, etc. My car is going to the dealer and i accidentally did a 4-3 shift instead of 4-5 and hist about 72 hundred .

 

to reset ur ecu u would unhook ur battery for atleast five mins then hook it back up, this what i was told to do when i put my cai on. i don't know if it eliminates ur past rev history, maybe someone else will have the answer to that part of ur question. also ur gonna have to reset on ur preset radio stations and clock after unhooking ur battery. good luck!

 

it doesnt store history of revs as car as i know...

resetting ecu should clear any history if it has any...

you can alternatively reset the ecu by pulling the clock/backup fuse on the passenger side panel...
