i think its a good upgrade and while your at it you should drop in a new clutch and if you have the cash maybe an LSD
also from what your saying i think the stock type R flywheel would be best for you

If your car has a heavy *** flywheel stock and you throw a light one on there the acceleration and engine stress difference I've heard is about equivalent to stripping the interior out on the car...

yeah but dont forget your revs go up faster but they also drop faster in between shifts

i've heard the evo with a 8 lb flywheel, it drops from 7k to 2k in like .5 seconds, i dont want one that light. toda would be nice but act is probably what i'll go with
