I have a 91 integra with an obd0 B16. I took it to the smog shop and it failed gross polluter so I changed the 2 o2 sensors and the cat and still the same . So I think its got a chipped pwo ecu and thats why its running so rich. So I got a CA emissions PR4 but now Im thowing a code 13 atmospheric pressure sensor and I just dont know what to do can anyone help me with this problem?
