Default gsr brake issues

i have a 94 gsr and i replaced all 4 rotors with power slot and hawk pads ,russel stainless lines. i bled the brakes 3 times i broke them in properly ,and it still didnt bite that great so i changed the master cylinder and that seemed to help alot but it still is not 100 % and i dont think its the booster so what elese can it be ? it should be where i just lightly tap the brake pedal and it should stop on a dime . any info would be great thanks in advance .

How firm was the brake pedal before the SS lines and brake job? When I installed my SS lines I didn't feel much difference in the pedal firmness. I was very disappointed.

the pedel went slowly down to the floor and took along time to stop ..very scary.. then i changed out for the new parts and the pedel still goes almost all the way down .. im stumped the only other thing it can be is the booster ? my abs light is on solid but i think its just the sensors are dirty ..when the car is off the pedel is almost solid when its running its some what soft

It's possible you're not getting all of the air out of the system. If the pedal is still spongy after replacing all of those components, I'd think it's not bled completely. Does the pedal get hard after giving it a double-pump? (press the pedal with one motion, and let it sink as far as it will go. Release, and quickly press the same... Is the pedal better on the second stroke, or the same?)
