Default Spec Antifreeze?

Searched and didn't see anything. I'm going to be changing my antifreeze soon, closely following the procedure in the manual. My question is, what can (should) I use? The previous owner left ethylene glycol in there, and the manual says something like Honda type 2. Should I just buy the stuff from Honda? Is it the same as other red/orange stuff, the yellow/green stuff, or is it something completely different? Facts vs. opinions, please.

I've used Prestone Pre-mixed (without Dex-Cool), in my Honda's for years.

Just use green stuff. Prestone works just fine.

Don't use the orange/red stuff. That's Dex-cool. Hondas use the green/yellow stuff.
