the cruise control button is stuck in the down position and not working? is it a fuse problem or is there any easy fix. or am i out of luck. any incite would be great

 

Which one of the cruise control buttons? The MAIN cruise control button or one of the accelerated/decelerate buttons on the steering wheel? Try working it out with a small little knife or spray something in there (maybe WD40, or alcohol, or GooGone) and see if you can loosen it up if it is just binding. My 4-way flasher switch binds sometimes in winter months when I turn it on, and I have to work it out with a little pocket knife. That switch has a little spring behind it to pop it back up after you press it down.

 

I will give it a go, it is the main cruise control button.
