Default Tube reducer source

Does anyone have a source for short length tube reducers similar to what Acestainless sells. I am looking for alternatives.

Yeah - cut a smiley face, bend it into a cone, and weld the seam.

I actually figured out the math for this not too long ago. The short curve has a length equal to the circumference of the small circle, the long curve has a length equal to the large circle. The radii of the curves take some figuring, but thats what CAD is for.
