welll i was trying to finish up my ef aneverything i put my ef harness on but wen i go to put the battery on it makes a spark somewere by the altenator an the battery fuze blew ( 60 a) well i re checheckd my whole harness an c if everything was on correct it was but one wire ..i grounded the altenator ground some were els an i was sopposed to ground it to the altenator u think thats why my fuze blew or can theyre b something els to the problem ..i really need help

 

I don't think the alternator has a ground. It has a white wire that runs from the alt to the fusebox on the strut tower. the wire then goes to the battery. there should not be a ground there.

 

well i ment theyre is that big greenplug that goes on the altenator an like a power line that u bolt down to the altenator WICh is power an i grounded it on the fire wall so thats y it made that spark cuz i grounded a power ....

 

Sheer genius! And you're asking if that would cause the fuse to blow? I believe thats what they use them things for. Good luck... I'm pretty sure you're going to need it.
