change sparks

how often should i change sparks on my car?

I change mine like every 3 oil changes. NGK V-powers are dirt cheap so I don't care.

edit: You're talking about plugs right?

which is better to use? OBX iridium or NGK platinum?
after changing sparks will it add some hp?

WOW....No you will not gain HP from spark plugs...and go with NGK.

Also stop Saying "Sparks" like its kool cause its not...Its Spark Plugs!!!
