Default Question regarding 2000 civic si steering/ hub assembly compared to a 2000 civic cx with 240 mm roto

I need to know whether the 2000 civic si/ ex front steering knuckle/ spindle is the same and will bolt to the 2000 civic cx lower control arm and upper control arm without creating any issues. I recently bought a set of wilwood 4 piston calipers with 11 3/4 inch rotors and noticed the center bore where the rotor goes was designed for the si or ex after test fitting them at an advanced auto parts. Can I use my stock lower ball joint as well?
Thanks for the help,
B.

Anybody?
Can I use a 96-00 civic ex/si front driver/passenger side spindle on a 2000 cx hatch without replacing the lower control arms or anything else?
Thanks, B
