how many gallons of paint will i need to cover up the car and door jams as well as clear and primer thanks

 

Probably about three quarts of base coat with reducers, and usually clear is cheapest by the gallon, as far as the base coat goes it really depends onthe color but three quarts should do, also two quarts to a gallon of sealer. Most of the amounts really depend on the mixing ratio of the paint system you are using, for example if the base coat is a 1:1 mix ratio 1 part being color the other part being reducer then 1 pint of color would make 1 sprayable quart mixed with the reducer.But three quarts is usually what I get for a moderate sized car.
