HELP LOST MY KEY !!!!!!!!
didn't know where to post this but i have lost the key to my 91 Civic Si what options do i have can i get a key made from a dealership with my title and ID (i was told this today but the person is kinda shady) what can i do please help
don't know about the $13, but any good locksmith can do it, some are better priced than others.
i made about 3 extra keys for my car right after i got it...1 or 2 bucks a pop. always good to have a spare

1) have VIN# in hand
2) call local dealership
3) they will verify that you own that car and provide you with the correct key (if you have the original door locks / ign. tumbler)

actually a locksmith can cut a key with just a vin...
but, usually the dealer will charge you about 5-8 bucks for a cut honda key with your vin, and proof of ownership...
