Default rear 99 civic si 4x100 spindles to 4x114.3 conversion

i got a set of sprint hart cp-r wheels that are 4x114.3, for the front i got a pair of jdm 96 itr 4x114.3 spindles.
but i need help on converting the rear from a 99 civic si 4x100 to 4x114.3.
i need a list of accord or prelude parts and a how to write up on the conversion.

There exist no USDM bolt on rotors for the front, I sell ones that will work for 100$ (they are redrilled to 4x114.3). the 96 ITR wheels are the same size as your Si, you really should go bigger to 16s. Accord and Prelude parts do not work as their bearings are bigger. You should ideally get the 96 JDM ITR hubs/bearings/spindles from japan but no one can confirm the inner diameter so we cant figure how to bolt this on. Honestly you are in a much better position for brakes, upgradability, ease of replacement parts to stay 4x100. If I were you, sell those wheels.
