i have a 91 crx and i was wanting to put a type r into it my buddy told me that a b18 c series was a type r is that right if not wat is the right name for it and when i do the swap wat can i be expecting performance wise thank you

I have a Type-R, but it's not a B18.

 

My jdm type r motor just says b18c.

 

Type R's came with several engine types. B18c was one of them.
