Default Skunk2 Sport Shocks & Springs

I have a 2000 SI with 3 year old APEXi World Sport Coilovers that have taken a beating over the years from living in the New England. I have been looking for a somewhat inexpensive way to get my car to ride better and still be pretty lowand handle well in the corners. So I found a Skunk2 Sport Shock & Spring Set on JHPUSA for like 380 and wanted to know if anyone else has tried this setup out. Keep in mind that this is my daily driver and there is a possability of some autocrossing this summer. I have searched for some opinions on HT for the last few days and nothing has come up. So anyone running this setup, your opinion on the comfort and handling of your ride would be great. Thanks

I don't think you can be as low as you want with this setup. Also it probably won't be as good for autoXing.

What you are asking for doesn't exist because all of these things are mutually exclusive. You can only pick two. You must compromise the others.

What is important to you, and what is your budget? What is wrong with your existing suspension?

The paint has fallen off the springs and they are starting to rust. I'm pretty sure shocks are blown and it would probally be more cost effective to just buy new stuff.

Here is the link to the suspension.

I just wanted to know if anyone has tried these yet? And how they ride.. I really don't want to spend a grand again for suspension that is only going to get messed up in a few years. Thanks

Also I don't want it to be as low is it is right now and for the price if its not low enough or I don't like the ride then I can just get rid of them and get new stuff.
