ok got car started, needs distributer... starts and stays running... but still needs to be towed,

needs hood, radio, some electrical work, brakes

i will throw in an extra set of rims and new tires.

u can even bring a d16z6 distributer and c it run.

why dies it need towed if it starts and stays running ? what are the issues that it has?
