Default 92-95 front speakers help

Hey guys, I need help. I've looked everywhere and I mean everywhere for the past 4 days trying to find the damn answer to this. I want to know if I need to take the whole door panel off to replace my 92 CX speakers. I was looking at it and I took the speaker cover off but I can't reach the top screws at all. Is there a way I can take them screws out without cutting the messing anything up at all? Is there a tool or something that I can use to remove them safley and neatly? Or do I have to remove the whole panel? If I do, what the hell is the point of a speaker cover? I really appreciate the help. Thanks guys.

Yes, they do make a trim removal tool that you insert between the door panel and the door to minimize damage. Remember to remove the screw at the inside door handle (trim piece). You can take off the panel within 10 secs.

yes you do have to remove the door panel. Its super easy i can do it with my eyes closed. All you have to do is remove the screw in the door handle pull out the trey. and remove the screw in the handle trey thingy pop the clip for the manuel window handle ,and and use a flat head to pop the panel grommets up and viola pull the panel off.

i had the same car all you realy have to do is unscrew the door panel and pop it off at the bottom dont take the whole panel off. when its off at the bottom you can take out the upper screws through the speaker grill

It makes no sense. You might as well take the entire panel off so you have all the room you may need. Remember, the factory speaker wires are quite short in case you need to add on some more wiring.
