91 honda accord seat belts not workin

like the title says. I check all fuses

IIRC there is a lifetime warranty on the seatbelts so you should be able to take it to any honda service dept and have it checked out an repaired at no cost.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

Correct; the seatbelts are covered by warranty for the life of the car
