Wiper problems; need diagnostic help please:
On my 99 Civic:
1. When I pull the lever back to wash the windshields, washer fluid sprays but wipers do not work.
2. Intermittent setting on lever does not work.
3. Slow setting on lever wipers work fine.
4. Fast setting on lever wipers work fine.
Thoughts on what it could be, switch arm or wiper motor?
