Default Suspension Suggestions

I have a 95 5-speed DX, the suspension is completly stock and i have a set of 16 inch Enkei RS-5's i use in the not snow seasons. Im lookin for a full coilover setup for under $750 not including shipping, ive seen Tein's Type Basic Damper in my price range, is it a good setup? Ive also seen Tanabe's Susten Pro S-0C Type II setup, and if thats a good setup id like it because i have a tanbe exhaust, and if their suspensions are as nice as their exhausts then ill be pleased. Ive also seen Skunk 2 but i heard that their suspensions arent the best (this is only by word of mouth so correct me if im worng). Im only lookin for somethin thats looks good, is clean, and good for the street becuase it is my daily driver and also somethin i can feel comfortable takin to the track and takin those corners a little faster. If anyone can make anymore suggestions either from experience or just from word of mouth get at me and let me know what you think. Also if you can think of anyother brands in my price range that would be cool to. For those of you that help, i apprecieate it and thank you.
