sleeving questions

sleeving questions
i was looking at darton sleeves. on the website there are 2 different kinds of sleeves: honda dry sleeve no flange & honda dry sleeve with flange. what is the difference? which one would i put in a b18c1 the flange or no flange?

the sleeve with no flange is like the stock sleeve... the flanged mid sleeve is a closed deck (style) sleeve..... the flanged it designed for higher hp applications
