Default Radiator Fan Not Turning On....

things that I tested to find the culprit

- Paperclip in the harness plug that connects to the Fan Switch and fan turns on.
- Wired fan directly to the Battery and it works fine.
- Check Cooling Fan Fuse & Relay and they are both good
- The Coolant Temp sender that tells the temperature gauge in the cluster works and the car runs at normal running temperature but the cooling fan doesnt kick on.

Basically my car warms up and gets to normal temp. but the fan doesn't kick on.

I'm thinking about replacing the ECT sensor but I wanna be sure before I go spend 30 bucks.

I let the motor run for like 15-20 minutes sometimes and the fan never kicks on. The temperature stays at about 1/4 between the C and the H which is pretty normal I guess.... Its cold up here in NY but even before the winter hit I still had the problem. I drove to Boston and back with the fan not kicking on and didn't know why it was overheatin...

I wouldn't know how to determine that but they are pretty cheap so I might as well just get a new one because I never changed the thermostat in my b18c ever since I had it in my dc2
