Gauge cluster question

Default Gauge cluster question

Can i use a 88-89 crx gauge cluster in a 90 crx? What must i do in order to get this to work? Thanks

Nope......the 88-89 doesn't have the blue plug...you would need to change your under dash harness to 88-91 to use it. Try and find your self a 90-91 cluster

also, the cluster housing is different, you'd have to use the housing off of a 88-89

yup, they're different shapes, so you have to use the 88-89 cluster hood, the 88-89 brackets, find a speed sensor amplifier (the blue plug someone mentioned) and attach it to the back, and repin the connectors.
