i have swapped out the engines and am down to trying to start but it is making a puttering noise from the intake manifold like it missing on a cyclinder and the engine worked fine before i put it in there any body know whats up???

 

check the spark plugs maybe it is miss firing...did u check the firing order?

 

yeah the firing order should be right ase i have it set up but im also wondering could it be the fuel system???

 

Make sure you grounded the fuel correctly or it won't pump. I ran into that problem not too long ago =X

 

it could be an injector that is bad....

 

Have you checked for a spark, and is the timing correct?

 

the timing is correct but how do i check for a bad inject and would it still make a chuggin noise when i try to start it if that was the problem??????
