will a b16 crank pulley fit on a b18c1?
The pulley itself would fit, but it is a tad smaller than the 1.8 pulley. Hence you would need to compensate when timing it.
yes, it'll work... but the b16 crank will net you much less stroke (77.40mm vs 87.20mm) so assuming you went with b16 rods and kept everything else the same... this would give you a whopping 5.18:1 compression ration with 1595cc displacement. if you stuck with c1 rods, you'd have a KILLER 6.30:1 compression ratio and 1596cc displacement still. (the OEM C1 compression ratio is 10:1 and 1797cc displacement)... in short, this is pretty stupid to do unless you have something up your sleeve... were you thinking about using a b18 crank and rod for a "stroked" gsr and just got your engine codes messed up
