Default what im to choose?

ok so i have a stock ls swap in my car and i want to change the intake manifold but i like oem manifolds not really into the aftermarket specially on a stock motor but looks like i might have to go that way. i have a jdm ITR header but i have searched and found that the ITR intake manifold wont bolt up, so what other stock manifold or aftermarket would u guys recommend to gain a couple horses

You're not really going to see much of a gain by switching the IM on a stock LS. I would suggest either a new set of cams or an LS/VTEC conversion...you'll get a lot more power for the $$

LS/vtec that would be your best bet.

i believe b16 head would have lower compression than the gsr would on the ls block so hey if you wanna boost might be a good option. and b16 head is probably cheaper in most cases.

I'd use the GSR head, though the common claim on H-T is that the B16 has a better flowrate.
