Help!!! How to remove ignition switch

take off the column cover, get a center punch, start tapping on the screws that hold the switch on... they wont have anything to grip on so you just need to gouge into it and tap it loose. then you can use needle nose or whatever

To remove the electrical part of the ignition switch, you need to take the plastic covering off the steering column, then find the metal ignition tumbler, and on the back of the ignition tumbler there is a white plastic peice with lots of wires going to it with 2 screws in it. remove the 2 screws and disconnect the wire harness and it comes out.
If you need to change the metal tumbler, then you are on your own because it sucks.
