Questions about NRG quick release for EF

Questions about NRG quick release for EF
I am currently trying to buy an NRG quick release kit for my 90' civic. The only problem is I don't know what all I need to purchase. From what I understand I need to purchase the kit first 
.
My question is do I need to buy the EF short hub adapter aswell or can I get away with just the unniversal 2.5 kit???
Also will it work with a Mugen SW3 steering wheel just fine?
What is the best place to purchase an NRG from?(website does not allow you to buy from them
)
Please help because I searched and I don't want to buy too much or too little.

you need to buy a hub adaptor first; whether it be momo/sparco, NRG, etc.
-you will need the hub adaptor because the quick release will not bolt up to your stock steering column without one.
