Default Quick Wheel/Tire fitment question.

I want to put 15x6.5 Rota Slipstreams on my Civic (94 EX Coupe). What offset should I get (35 or 40mm)? I have a little bit of damage to my right rear fender, and stock wheels do not rub, but there's not much room.

Secondly, what size tire should I go with to keep the stock diameter?

I need to order this stuff today, and would really appreciate if anyone knows this info off the top of their head!
