Default Painting motor

I am going to paint the motor for my car soon and I am wanting to know what kind of paint to use? I know I need the high heat stuff but what temp range will I need. And this has to be a rattle can kind as I do not have an air compressor.

not to burst your happy bubble but some of the enemal high heat paint needs to be baked to get harden
