indiana emissions ?
Alright i was thinking of trading my car for a 98 b16 civic turbo that was converted to obd1.. how would i go about passing emissions. if it was converted to obd1.

If Indiana requires an ECU scan for OBD-II emission tests, then you can't pass emissions because your car is illegal. That's all there is to it. Without an OBD-II computer, you will never pass.
Now, if all the state requires is a tailpipe sniffer test, then you may be able to squeak by depending on what equipment is required by law and depending on where you have the test done.

Indiana has no emissions unless you are in one of the counties up by Chicago. I think that your town is there, but i have no idea on what kind of emission testing that they do.
