Default inlet & exhaust valve stem seals same?

are the inlet and exhaust valve stem seals the same on a B18C4 engine (B18C1)? i got a set and they all looked exactly the same, they're fitted now but i looked up my Haynes manual and apparently they should be colour coded? don't know if it's a different shaft diameter on the valves or what..

anyone know if they're the same?

They are not color coded like journal bearings, but the parts catalog is showing different part numbers for intake vs. exhaust.

Intake:
12210-PZ1-003 SEAL A, VALVE STEM (ARAI) $1.42
12210-PZ1-004 SEAL A, VALVE STEM (NOK) $1.42

Exhaust:
12211-PZ1-003 SEAL B, VALVE STEM (ARAI) $1.42
12211-PZ1-004 SEAL B, VALVE STEM (NOK) $1.42

If they were exactly the same, they'd have the same part number.

Pick up a Helm factory service manual instead of the Haynes manual.

downloaded the Service Manual for my car from teh Honda website and it says the same. Intake seals have a white spring and Exhaust seals have a Black spring but i guess that's for original Honda parts. I got mine from the autoshop as my Honda dealer is a bit far away...

hmm, i'll see what happens when i run it.
