didn't get much help at all from suspension forum, so i though you guys can help me out here.

Grease them up really good and if that's where the squeaking is coming from, then all will be well afterwards.

Energy Suspension makes a urethane friendly grease called "Formula 5 prelube" or you can use a white lithium grease that is urethane friendly. Super-Lube makes a nice teflon (PTFE) based synthetic lube that also works well. Or, a not as good solution is to use synthetic grease with or without moly (molybdenum disulfide MoS2) and this works well also, but over time typical grease will degrade the urethane.

You have to grease them up periodically for them not to squeak. After 2 or 3 months mine started to squeak.
