my 95 accord broke a timing belt and was wondering if i bent any valves? measured valve lash and all are .010 to .014 accept number one exaust valves, they gapped at .118. Does this sound like bent valves?

 

sounds like a bent valve to me.
You can also remove the spark plugs and put a tight fitting hose into the plug hole, rotate the cam to close the valves,[cam lobes at 4'O'clock & 7'O'clock] then blow hard to see if the cylinder has leakage.
