difference in 4th and 5th gen mounts?

Default difference in 4th and 5th gen mounts?
ok, so I am in the market for some mounts fior my h22 in my 4th gen. Well i come across a guy parting out a 5th gen and I start to wonder if they would work. The only one that looks diff is the driver side, what do you think?

anyone know for a fact if they will or wont work? LMK, k thx bye

after looking at them more, it looks like the torque mounts are the only ones that appear to be similar?
