Default 89 CRX Si With B18b1 swap. Need help with wiring harness & ECU

Picked up a 89 CRX Si With B18b1 swap. Has all OBDO parts on the longblock. Car was running but the *** hat that had the car before me hacked up the Engine haness. So I was wanting to know what year harness's I need. I know that a 89 Crx would be best. But I can pick up a 90 Teg harness in the morning. Just wanted to know if I could use it or now and if it would be plug and play.

Also need to know what ECU to use on this set up.

No just an 89 harness, 88s are different( I think the resistor box has a different connector. might work with a 88 harness and a 88 box?), you should not have to do any wiring it should plug and play, only the vtec motors need extra wires added.
