b20 vtec after market pistons help
hey guys I've searched for 2 days now and can't seem to find exactly what I've been looking for so here are some questions for a b20 vtec that I plan on building...
1. If im using a stock b20 piston and using a v tec head i would have to relief the valve on the piston b/c the valves on the v tec head is bigger. Would this be necessary if I bought after market forge piston such as je?
2. Claying the motor, is it necessary to do this if my bottom end is going to have crower rod and after market forge piston?
3. With a stock sleeve b20, crower rod, je pistons and a gsr head with a set of skunk2 stage 2 cams, would i have to worry about piston to valve clearance?
Thanks for your input...
